How do I register to My Internet Banking?
Complete the signup form, present the forms to your nearest BCI branch and receive your login details after we have verified your details.
Can I use MIB for my business accounts as well as my BCI personal accounts
Yes you can! With your one client number you can gain access to your individual accounts and any accounts to which you are an authorised user.
Can I pay my bills via MIB?
Yes you can! Email us on myib@bci.co.ck, or call +682 29341, for the Account Reference for each biller such as Te Aponga, Bluesky and Motor Vehicle Registration.
Can I pay for my TAX?

Yes you can! Simply complete a Transfer Money payment with the following details.
Is BCI’s MIB secure?
Absolutely! BCI takes every precaution to keep online experience safe. In a continued effort to safeguard online banking transactions, the My Internet Banking site is encrypted to protect your information from being accessed by other people. You can also see your last login time when you accessed your Internet Banking accounts so please check this everytime you log in and notify us straight away if you think it is wrong. Your access will also be blocked if the password is entered incorrectly 3 times thus preventing multiple attempts to access your accounts.
Can I allow other people to access my accounts?

If you have multiple signatories on your accounts, each signatory will be given their unique login. DO NOT allow another person to use your client login or password.
